Sparrow Regional Medical Supply has developed and implemented a quality management system to better satisfy the needs of its customers and to improve the services provided. The quality system complies with the international standards ISO 9001 and the current Joint Commission standards.
In order to assure appropriate processes and verify product quality, the management staff of SRMS has developed a quality plan, which is inclusive of the annual performance improvement plan and the quality management system. The quality plan includes the following quality policy:
Our Quality Policy
“Provide the appropriate product and service at the appropriate time; through the process of continual improvement”

Sparrow Regional Medical Supply was the first DME company in the nation to achieve the ISO 9001:2000 cerification.
This quality policy was chosen for its simplicity and ability to target customer satisfaction as an overall goal of SRMS. The quality policy is a good representation of SRMS' commitment to comply with the requirements of the quality system and our desire to foster an environment of continual improvement in order to support our policy.
Quality Objectives
SRMS management personnel have identified several quality objectives, which are each designed to support the quality policy and the SRMS vision of:
Our Vision

Each of the following objectives were chosen for their ability to support the quality policy and the SRMS vision through their establishment within all functions and levels of SRMS, as well as their measurability.
